Identical Records have organised an evening of emerging queer talent - Cystic Nightmare and Dark Water, two recent additions to the label’s roster. Cystic Nightmare is a queer, femme/non-binary super group featuring Cee Devlin (performance artist and writer), Lara Dickinson (visual artist and joy radio contributor), together with Mai and Lei Gryffydd (Glovv, Stationary Suns). They are a grungy auscore band who write sad and angry songs. Cystic Nightmare will be joined by Dark Water, the solo project of Dana Kelson from Crystal Myth. Dark Water highlights Dana’s exemplary song writing skills and signature style of 80s pop.
