Sean McMahon is a dedicated, deft singer, songwriter and performer. His poetic and melodic style of song writing is loaded with confessional narratives, vivid story telling and lyrical beauty. Over the past decade, and a handful of albums, he has honed a style and voice all his own, traversing a musical vista from densely textured alt-country through to an eclectic blend of folk, blues, alt-country and rock and roll.

Sean will play a full electric set with his band the Owls, featuring Matt Green, Callan Walker and Liam O'leary.

The light and shade you experience in his world is indicative of the planet around, representing the harsh reality of the state of society and the complexities of everyday relationships, all taken with a grain of salt. Sonically, Ryan intertwines honest melody with spacious atmospheres, whilst maintaining a rootsy and earthy foundation.
