Tracy McNeil & The Good Life have a lot to celebrate - with the announcement of signing to Cooking Vinyl Australia and the release of their new single ‘Catch You’, they return to the Post Office for a local end-of-year show before they hit the road for a national tour in 2020 in support of their forthcoming album You Be the Lightning.

After returning from a three-month tour of Canada, they most recently supported James Reyne for a sold-out show at the Corner. With the new single being added to high rotation to Double J and ABC Country so far, their new material pays homage to Tracy’s alt.country roots while flirting heavily with the unique pop sensibility she and her band The GoodLife have become known for. Described as ‘fully realized,world-class country rock’ she brings a healthy dose of Californian shimmer to the table, harking back to the halcyon days of late 1970’s L.A. country rock.
