The boys from Chicago Dime are bringing a free-spirited blues party to The Post Office Hotel in Coburg!

Chicago Dime is a Chicago-Texas fusion blues band that channels giants like Buddy Guy, Albert Collins and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The band’s love for the blues runs deep, their name taken from a Buddy Guy lyric: “‘I went to Chicago lookin’ for a dime and found a quarter.”

The band's single BIG CITY BLUES went to no.8 on Amrap radio charts upon release and was also featured on community radio across the globe.

The band’s raw energy and intensity is reminiscent of some of the best blues and improvisational music that Australia has ever offered with the feeling that makes the blues real by involving the audience, dancing on tables, and impromptu band members.
