The Plagiarists are an instrumental band featuring Shane O’Mara, Shane Reilly, Tamara Murphy & Tony Floyd. These musicians come together to celebrate & interoperate the work of their fave artists. With a healthy dose of the tunes from Ry Cooder & Manual Galban’s Mambo Sinuendo with Bowie, Beach Boys, Gismonti & Blake Mills thrown in for good measure. Psychedelic workouts assured, the two Shane’s weaving lashes of colour around the anchoring double bass of Tamara & the dancing wash of Flody’s drums !... we really do have the best time we manage to get together.
