Dulcimer and beats driven ethereal electro-folk band Dandelion Wine will be appearing in trio mode to celebrate the 20th anniversary vinyl edition of "Light Streaming Down". Quiet and ethereal one minute, string meltingly impassioned the next, Dandelion Wine's live show has been honed at festivals, clubs, castles, converted slaughterhouses and underground bunkers around Europe and Japan for two decades. Having been cooped up for the last couple of years, they are itching to make some beautiful noises at the Post Office Hotel.
Joining them will be The Moth Body, comprising of Sam Sejavka (The Ears, Beargarden) and Lisa Gibbs (USER), playing songs influenced by a sparkling admixture of eighties post punk and nineties alternative dark wave. The act is theatrical in its essence with Sejavka, still at heart an old school front-man, echoing his dystopian lyrics with movement and gesture, alongside Gibbs' intense vocal interplay, which is interwoven with her guitar and percussion.
