Hoi Polloi Music proudly presents a gig at the Post Office Hotel with Skink Tank and loulou. Despite having never shared a stage, we believe this pair are a match made in heaven. In support of this opinion we would like to submit the following arguments:

~ both bands consist of three mates here to make some music and have some laughs (seen the poster yet? it's cute)
~ Skink Tank make wimpy pub rock and loulou make wimpy post-punk, making them both prime targets for a backstage wedgy
~ both band’s guitarists competed in and lost at the last Hard Rubbish trivia night
~ Skink Tank are self-confessed lizard lovers, and loulou are big time bird fans, which are basically the lizard's feathery cousin.. or something like that
